1. Organizatori

Projekti organizohet nga Ariana Nila Jewelry, Rr. Rexhep Luci, Prishtinë, Kosovë ([email protected]).

2. Çka fiton çifti i zgjedhur

Një unazë fejese e punuar me dorë, nga ari 14K, me një diamant të kultivuar në laborator (lab-grown) deri në 2 karatë, e dizajnuar sipas historisë dhe stilit të çiftit. Personalizimi nuk ka kufi, për aq sa është teknikisht e realizueshme; Ariana Nila mund të refuzojë një kërkesë që nuk mund ta realizojë teknikisht. Çmimi nuk mund të ndërrohet me para ose me produkt tjetër.

3. Afatet

  • Aplikimet hapen më 1 nëntor 2026, ora 00:00 dhe mbyllen më 25 dhjetor 2026, ora 23:59 (ora e Kosovës).
  • Aplikimin mund ta tërhiqni deri më 15 dhjetor 2026, ora 23:59.
  • Çifti i zgjedhur shpallet më 25 dhjetor 2026.
  • Pas afatit nuk pranohet asnjë aplikim, as ai që është duke u plotësuar.

4. Kush mund të aplikojë

  • Çdokush 18 vjeç ose më i/e madh/e (vërtetohet me datën e lindjes), nga cilido shtet.
  • Aplikon njëri nga çifti, jo një person i tretë (shok, familjar).
  • Çifti zgjedh si dëshiron ta dizajnojë unazën:
  • Së bashku — nëse zgjidhen, ftohen të dy në seancën e dizajnit;
  • Surprizë — aplikimin e bën personi që do të bëjë propozimin, dhe partnerin/en nuk e kontaktojmë kurrë.
  • Duhet ta planifikoni propozimin brenda 12 muajve nga data e aplikimit.
  • Nuk mund të marrin pjesë punonjësit e Ariana Nila Jewelry dhe familjarët e tyre.
  • Një aplikim për llogari, për çdo edicion. Një numër telefoni mund të përdoret nga vetëm një llogari.

5. Aplikimi

  • Aplikimi bëhet vetëm përmes formularit në ariananila.com, në shqip ose anglisht, me një llogari në ArianaNila.com.
  • Kërkohen 3 deri në 5 foto (deri në 10 MB secila) dhe, opsionalisht, një video deri në 60 sekonda.
  • Pasi dërgohet, aplikimi nuk mund të ndryshohet. Për korrigjime na shkruani; Ariana Nila mund ta rihapë aplikimin.
  • Aplikimin mund ta tërhiqni nga Llogaria ime → Projektet e mia, deri në afatin e pikës 3. Pas tërheqjes mund të aplikoni përsëri, për aq kohë sa aplikimet janë të hapura.

6. Përzgjedhja

Aplikimet i shqyrton stafi i Ariana Nila Jewelry. Zgjidhet historia e dashurisë më e bukur dhe më interesante — dashuria me më shumë sakrificë për hir të tjetrit. Nga të gjitha aplikimet zgjidhen 5 në listën e ngushtë, e prej tyre një çift. Nuk ka votim publik. Vendimi i Ariana Nila është përfundimtar. Aplikantët që nuk zgjidhen njoftohen me email.

7. Detyrimet e çiftit të zgjedhur

  • Pjesëmarrja në seancën e dizajnit në studio, në fotografim, në xhirim video dhe në publikimin e historisë.
  • Pëlqimi për publikim është kusht: materiali (foto, video, historia, emrat) publikohet në faqen dhe rrjetet sociale të Ariana Nila.
  • Datat caktohen paraprakisht dhe respektohen, sepse Ariana Nila organizon ekipin për foto dhe xhirim.
  • Udhëtimi deri në studio dhe çdo shpenzim tjetër janë në ngarkim të çiftit; Ariana Nila punon vetëm unazën.
  • Nëse propozimi nuk bëhet brenda 6 muajve nga shpallja, ose çifti ndahet, projekti konsiderohet i dështuar: unaza i kthehet Ariana Nila-s dhe mund të zgjidhet një çift tjetër për atë edicion.

8. Të dhënat personale

  • Të dhënat përdoren vetëm për organizimin e këtij projekti dhe për komunikimin me ju rreth tij.
  • Fotot dhe videot janë private: i sheh stafi i Ariana Nila dhe ju në llogarinë tuaj; nuk kanë adresë publike.
  • Me pëlqimin tuaj të veçantë (opsional), Ariana Nila mund t’i përdorë fotot dhe videon edhe nëse nuk zgjidheni.
  • Abonimi në newsletter është i veçantë dhe opsional.
  • Fotot dhe videot ruhen deri në 12 muaj; nëse çifti i zgjedhur dështon, aplikimet e tjera mund të rishqyrtohen; pas mbylljes së projektit fshihen automatikisht.

9. Ndryshimet

Ariana Nila mund t’i ndryshojë këto kushte ose ta anulojë projektin për arsye të arsyeshme, duke i njoftuar aplikantët me email. Për këto kushte zbatohet ligji i Republikës së Kosovës.

The project is organised by Ariana Nila Jewelry, Rr. Rexhep Luci, Prishtina, Kosovo ([email protected]).

2. What the selected couple receives

One handmade engagement ring in 14K gold with a lab-grown diamond of up to 2 carats, designed around the couple’s story and style. Personalisation has no limit as far as it is technically possible; Ariana Nila may decline a request it cannot technically make. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.

3. Dates

  • Applications open on 1 November 2026 at 00:00 and close on 25 December 2026 at 23:59 (Kosovo time).
  • You can withdraw your application until 15 December 2026 at 23:59.
  • The selected couple is announced on 25 December 2026.
  • No application is accepted after the deadline, including one still being filled in.

4. Who can apply

  • Anyone aged 18 or over (checked by date of birth), from any country.
  • One of the couple applies, not a third person (a friend, a relative).
  • The couple chooses how to design the ring:
  • Together — if selected, both are invited to the design session;
  • Surprise — the application is made by the person who will propose, and we never contact the partner.
  • You must be planning the proposal within 12 months of applying.
  • Employees of Ariana Nila Jewelry and their families cannot take part.
  • One application per account per edition. A phone number can be used by one account only.

5. Applying

  • Applications are made only through the form on ariananila.com, in Albanian or English, with an ArianaNila.com account.
  • 3 to 5 photos are required (up to 10 MB each) and, optionally, a video of up to 60 seconds.
  • Once sent, an application cannot be changed. To correct something, write to us; Ariana Nila may reopen it.
  • You can withdraw your application from My Account → My Projects, until the deadline in section 3. After withdrawing you may apply again while applications are open.

6. Selection

Applications are reviewed by the Ariana Nila Jewelry team. The most beautiful and interesting love story is chosen — the love with the most sacrifice for the other. A shortlist of 5 is drawn from all applications, and one couple from the shortlist. There is no public vote. Ariana Nila’s decision is final. Applicants who are not selected are told by email.

7. What the selected couple agrees to

  • Taking part in the design session in the studio, the photo shoot, the video and the publication of their story.
  • Consent to publication is a condition: the material (photos, video, story, names) is published on Ariana Nila’s website and social media.
  • Dates are agreed in advance and kept, as Ariana Nila books its photo and film team for them.
  • Travel to the studio and any other costs are the couple’s own; Ariana Nila makes the ring only.
  • If the proposal does not happen within 6 months of the announcement, or the couple separates, the project is considered failed: the ring is returned to Ariana Nila and another couple may be chosen for that edition.

8. Personal data

  • Your data is used only to run this project and to communicate with you about it.
  • Photos and videos are private: the Ariana Nila team and you, in your account, can see them; they have no public address.
  • With your separate, optional consent, Ariana Nila may use your photos and video even if you are not selected.
  • The newsletter is a separate, optional subscription.
  • Photos and videos are kept for up to 12 months; if the selected couple fails, other applications may be reconsidered; once the project closes they are deleted automatically.

9. Changes

Ariana Nila may change these terms or cancel the project for good reason, telling applicants by email. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo.
