Returns and Cancellations

If you receive jewelry from us that is damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory in any way, let us know immediately. Our team will work with you to either refund you or offer an exchange. Please contact our customer service team.

If the article you have ordered does not meet your expectations,  but all attributes of the jewel are correct, unworn items can be returned to ArianaNila within 5 days of delivery. Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.
You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours after confirmation.
If you want to make any changes in your order, please contact us immediately
If we haven’t started the process we can make changes without extra charge.

Warranty Conditions

All Silver, Gold Plated, and Rose Gold Plated items are automatically covered with a 5 month period. Any damage that occurs during this time will be covered. Gold items have a warranty of 2 years, which can be purchased when you select your item. Any kind of damage that occurs during these years will be covered.

ArianaNila does not take the responsibility for shipping cost, you are obligated to send the damaged item to our address and take all the cost of transport.

Any damage to jewelry caused by neglect, abuse, or natural wear, sweat, and tear. … For example, if a ring wears thin or prongs wear out due to neglect or natural wear and tear, the warranty is considered void.
