*All our packages are fully insured and shipping time frames described above are applicable to orders shipped to the continental specific zones and counties. The above mentioned time frames for shipping include production time. If for some reason there’s a delay in production we will inform you of the details.

If your shipping address does not correspond with your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

Express shipping notification

At the time your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. The email will provide you with your order ID and link to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You will be able also to check the status of your order online on www.dhl.com   with your Order ID.

Standard Shipping Notification

In standard shipping method we do not provide the full ability to track your order status, At the time your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email and your shipping recipient number.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING

The estimated shipping date depends on the selected shipping method. Shipping dates are referred on business days and they do not include weekends and holidays.

Special orders may need a longer processing and manufacturing time.

If you would like to change your address before your order is shipped, please contact us and we will update the address for your order meanwhile.

Please make sure to include:

• Street address with apartment number
• City
• Country
• State
• Zip Code

We can change your shipping address for you before your item is packed for shipping. The best way is to contact us immediately so any delays will be avoided.

After you place your order you should  know that you have 8-12 hours to make changes in your shipping address.

Once you place your order, we are working really hard on your order for it to be exactly as you wished.

Your order is produced according to the shipping method you chose upon placing your order.

If you did not receive a shipping notification, it means your order is still in production.

Shipping notification

When your product is on the way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This will state your delivery date and tracking number depending on the shipping method you chose.

Late Package

If your order delivery date has passed and you still did not received your package, we recommend that you try the following (it has proven helpful to other customers in the past):

• Check your shipping details on the  confirmation of order and make sure they are correct.
• Ask any other members of your household if they have accepted the package, as this is a common occurrence.
• Ask your nearest local post office if they can provide any further information on the whereabouts of your package. Make sure to have your tracking number with you on your hands.

If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact our customer support and one of our representatives will contact you.

We ask  you please check your order details on your order confirmation to be sure the details are correct and as you ordered.

We may have shipped your items in separate parcels so please check your email to see if any of your items will be arriving soon.

If your order has been sent in separate parcels, each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside.

Please take a look at the notes from each part of your order to make sure you’re not missing anything.

If any item is missing, please contact customer service team with your order number.

I Received My Item, But The Inscription Is not correct

If the mistake is ours, we are happy to resolve our mistake and to offer a free replacement item for you with the correct inscription.

• A picture of the item you received
• The correct inscription
