Once you decide where you like the necklace to sit, take a long piece of string and loop it around your neck.

Close the string at the point on your chest at the position you would like your necklace to sit.

Now open the string and measure it – how many inches is it? That is the exact length you should select for your new necklace.

Keep in mind that the chain lengths we mentioned on the website do not include the length of the pendant. For the custom pieces, please keep in mind that the total length will be the length of the chain plus your custom pendant. Most of our pendants belong to the length between 0.75″-2″ (2-5 cm).

The chart down below will help you determine the length that fits you better.

Locate your wrist bone to measure around. Search for the bony bump where your wrist bone protrudes out. You have to measure the circumference of your wrist over this bump to get your standard wrist measurement in either inches or centimeters.

Measure your wrist circumference accurately. No matter if you’re using a fabric measuring tape, a retractable tape measure, a string, or a paper make sure it wraps snugly around your wrist and over the bump of your wrist bone. Make a mark on the spot where it meets and measure the distance with your ruler. Apply the following chart to determine your ring size.

Hold your hand like you were putting on a bangle. You have to bring all of your fingers together with your thumb and little finger touching. Please measure around the hand at the widest point with a tape measure or a strip of paper. Make sure to pull the paper or tape measure snug against your skin. Write a mark on the paper with a pen and measure it with a ruler. This measurement is the circumference of your hand. Apply the following chart to determine the diameter of your hand, based on the circumference. After getting diameter, choose a bangle that’s at least 1/4 inch larger in diameter than the diameter measurement of your hand.

  1. Consider your knuckle. If you know your knuckle is on the larger side, you should order half a size bigger, otherwise, you won’t be able to slide a ring into its place.
  2. Ensure precision with multiple tries, we suggest measuring your finger few times because the size actually fluctuates depending on temperature, could be smaller the colder you are, and more swollen if you’re overheated.

You’ll need a ruler, strip of paper could be thin or little wide, depends on the model of the ring you want to order.

Cut a strip of paper Wrap the paper around your finger. Be sure the paper is under the joint of your finger and close to your knuckle. Make a sign where the paper meets and measure the distance with your ruler. Please apply the following chart to determine your ring size.

This is the following things you’ll be needing:

  1. Clear white paper without any lines or drawings
  2. Packing tape ( or any other transparent wide tape)
  3. Graphite pencil

Do not forget ty clean and dry well your hands, especially the finger you are willing to get the prints.

-First, you take the pen and draw on the paper until it has a very black surface.
Then rub the finger you want to “print” hard on the paper until its all black.

Now to lift the print take a piece of the tape and put on the finger, rub it and lift it.
After that, you just put it on the paper, take an eclose picture of the paper with the fingerprint and send it to us.

Sterling Silver Care

We expect you to be wearing your sterling silver jewelry day and night, which is great because the oils in your skin actually prevent the jewelry from tarnishing!

An easy way of refreshing your silver is by using a jewelry polishing cloth. This will get rid of any tarnish and smudging that may occur. Polishing cloths are available at almost every jeweler and pharmacies shops.

For extra cleaning, we recommend using silver polish!

When you are not wearing your silver jewelry (to shower or sleep), we suggest storing each piece individually an airtight plastic bag to keep them on compartment  (we suggest to use silica gel packets to help absorb moisture from the air). This surely will prevent your pieces from getting scratched or tangled and it will also reduce the potentially harmful exposure to outside elements.

Yellow and Rose Gold Plated Care

You’ll probably be wearing these pieces a lot. An easy way to keep them shining is by taking a bowl with a mixture of warm water and mild dish detergent, and letting the jewelry soak for a few minutes. Once soaked, rinse it with water and dry it with a polishing cloth.

For tarnish and smudges, only use a polishing cloth. If you need to buy one, polishing cloths are available at jewelers and pharmacies shops.

For the times you are not wearing your jewelry, we recommend keeping them individually in a soft pouch or bag to keep them on compartment  (we suggest to use silica gel packets to help absorb moisture from the air). This surely will prevent your pieces from getting scratched or tangled and it will also reduce the potentially harmful exposure to outside elements.

Gold Electroplated-is so much delicate than the other gold covering techniques. It may not last long if you don’t take care properly, 7 inches thickness can wear off in a short time if it’s being exposed to abrasive conditions displaying the base material which is sterling silver. If you have a high volume of acidity on your sweat, it can ruin gold plated jewelry. As such, remove them before strenuous work and clean them after every use. It doesn’t cast allergies.

Gold Plated-is so much better than the Gold Electroplated it has thicker gold layers that make your jewelry last much longer, but since it not solid gold you should know that it also requires proper care so you can wear through many years. If it’s being exposed to abrasive conditions gold can wear off displaying the base material which is sterling silver. If you have a high volume of acidity on your sweat, it can ruin gold plated jewelry. As such, remove them before strenuous work and clean them after every use. It doesn’t cast allergies.

Vermeil Gold– is the best you can get of gold-covered jewelry it has a thicker layer of gold than normal gold plating and with proper care can last from 20 years to a lifetime. Even though it has a very thick gold layer if is it’s being exposed to very abrasive conditions gold can wear off displaying the base material which is sterling silver. If you have a high volume of acidity on your sweat, it can ruin gold vermeil jewelry in time. As such, to make it last life long remove them before strenuous work and clean them after every use. It doesn’t cast allergies.

Solid Gold Care

If you take care properly of the jewelry, it will keep its timeless luster, last a lifetime, and will remain a very good investment piece or treasure to be inherited with future generations. Here are some tips on how to treat this most special of all metals.

Like most jewelry, gold can lose its shine and even damaged by acids, abrasives, and other harsh chemicals. Chlorine is its worst enemy – it can weaken gold or if it’s hardly treated with chlorine, can even break it down, so it is best to take off gold jewelry before getting into a swimming pool or a hot tub.

It is best to store each piece of gold jewelry in an individual plastic bag or cloth pouch,  to keep them on compartment (we suggest to use silica gel packets to help absorb moisture from the air). This surely will prevent your pieces from getting scratched or tangled and it will also reduce the potentially harmful exposure to outside elements.
